"She looks so mean. Let's stay away from that girl."

"No..actually, she's really nice and kind but she got a resting bitch face syndrome."

You might have heard of that conversation about you before or if you haven't yet, maybe in the future or maybe some people talks about you like that without you knowing it.

Dear you, who's reading this, if you have a Resting Bitch Face Syndrome, carry on reading and unraveling my thoughts on RBF but if you don't have...it doesn't mean that you have to click the close sign of my website tab. I advice you on reading this for it may help you on thinking twice before giving remarks or judgment to people base on their appearance.

According to Wikipedia, Resting bitch face, also known as RBF or bitchy resting face, is a term for a facial expression (or lack of expression) which unintentionally appears angry, annoyed or irritated.

"Are you irritated? Does my class seems boring to you?" says my high school teacher. He's discussing Art and it's one of my favorite subjects. So, I feel nothing but pure excitement. Upon hearing his remark, I immediately shook my head and replied, "Of course not!" My excitement's covered with my lifeless expression, that's why he's not quite convinced.

Just like fashion's ice queen, Victoria Beckham and her devotees, Kristen Stewart and Anna Kendrick, I might as well have an ice cube wrapping me and freezing me so I could not break free to unravel my true expression.

People can judge you for milliseconds just by staring at your face. There was one time when I walked the hallway to an office at our school and a girl which happened to be my fellow classmate now said, "She looks evil. I'm not going to take a step close to her." RBF syndrome is one of many reasons that I have a social phobia. I develop anxiety when I'm surrounded by people that I'm not super close with.

Hoping that non-sufferers may understand people with RBF.
